Contemporary narrative discourse has undergone several changes from classical to modern, Arabic narrative discourse is no longer only narrative, descriptive, employing certain narrative elements, the modernist revolution has changed the vision of narrative formation as well as the vision of poetic composition, contemporary narrative discourse going beyond everything that is purely normative, destabilizing concepts and changing vision, time is no longer just a chronological time, place is no longer just a geographical place, language is no longer just a means of narration, and description is no longer just a transfer of facts.

a contemporary novelist is an existential, imaginative, realistic and legendary intellectual and philosophical discourse in a language that goes beyond the normative to the poetic, and recombining to the different, it is a novel of research, question and revelation, a novel of demolition for construction.
