The current research aims to develop body awareness among children with down syndrome who are integrated with their normal peers in the kindergarten stage through a recreational program using psychodrama.

the research sample included a sample of (24) boys and girls, which was represented in the (control group) "6 normal children, 6 children with syndrome down"- the experimental group "6 normal children, 6 children with down syndrome"), whose ages ranged from (5-6) years old, in the following kindergartens (Timouria, al-Safa, al-Jalaa, umm al-Momineen, Amr ibn al-Aas official languages, Yarmouk) in port said governorate.
