Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify the attractive specifications of kindergarten in light of the skills of the 21st century that the child must possess and to identify the impact of variables (job, years of experience and the location of kindergarten) at the level of availability of these requirements to determine the mechanisms necessary to achieve the requirements of the attractive kindergarten in light of the skills of the 21st century.

the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a key tool for collecting research data by applying the research to a random sample of 130 teachers and mentors and the director of kindergarten in lake governorate, and the most prominent findings of the research include: the educational requirements for achieving attractive kindergarten are met in the light of the skills of the 21st century with a medium average of 1.8 per cent and a percentage (60%).
