Abstract EN

A child's clothing always needs new ideas, new innovations, and the use of what is modern to meet the child's needs; so it was necessary to find new ideas that would bring extra functionality to children's clothing; by employing modern technology in the design and implementation of children's clothing which have technical, technological and functional characteristics in a single work, the current research aims at combining the use of QR code and vinyl illuminated printing technology to present children's clothing of a special nature, carrying their data and illuminated at night; in order to contribute to reducing risks and achieving safety and security, printed designs were applied to five t-shirts for children.

then two questionnaire forms were prepared to assess the technical aspect and the definition by specialists, as well as to survey the views of mothers towards the implemented designs.

the results showed the appropriateness of the idea of design using QR code and vinyl illuminated printing for application in implementing intelligent clothing for children.

the technical side came with a quality factor ranging from (94.46 : 83.04%) the definitional aspect was a quality coefficient that ranged from (95.71 : 92.22) and the quality coefficient of implemented designs to achieve overall evaluation aspects ranged from (95.08 : 87.62), the study recommended attention to modern technological methods in textile and clothing design, and the use of research results in implementing smart clothing for special groups.
