Abstract EN

Media institutions have many rights and freedoms that should be employed to achieve the functions and tasks entrusted to it and which called for the establishment, the result of being subject to the provisions of law or for association with contractual relations with the media sometimes and with the others at other times, but these institutions may deviate from the borders drawn to those rights or arbitrarily in use, which have a real balance between the right of media institutions in the exercise of their activities and the people's right to preserve their rights, such as not compromising the dignity or reveal their privacy, which is called the legal status for those institutions, we will study in the first one the rights of media institutions and in the second one its obligations.
