al-Asir region at kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the environments with picturesque nature and unique archaeological sites.

moreover, al-Asiri al-Qat art is one of the abstract arts that women usually do to decorate the internal walls of houses at al-Asir region for hundreds of years.

this kind of art depends on the creative, exquisite geometric motifs whose dimensions and connotations are inspired from the surrounding culture, especially nature colors.

this research aims to introduce new decorative designs for women's shoes inspired from al-Asiri al-Qat and to carry out the best suggested decorative designs to innovate new designs for women's shoes, and to care about and preserve heritage from distinction.

this research follows the descriptive applied methodology throughout studying al-Asiri wall art and formulating its vocabulary, and inspiring from it to enrich the esthetics of women's shoes.

to do so, a particular measurement for esthetic aspects is prepared to measure consumers' views regarding some suggested designs to figure out the best artistic design for a shoe before implementing it.

the results show that all suggested designs are widely accepted in terms of esthetic aspects.

the fourth design achieves the highest percentage regarding suitability for marketing and production.

it also meets the general preferences of women at Saudi Arabia.

in addition, elements of design are existed in the fourth design, and the participants state that this design coincides with tourism fashion trends.

moreover, this design meets all esthetic bases.

the researcher stresses the importance of paying more attention on designing and producing shoes.

he also recommends carrying out some research and using traditional inscriptions and motifs in designing shoes.
