The current development in the industrial and commercial works tend to flourish roles of various types the companies, and institutes, and this requires recognition of the countries in the legal person, as well as, the job of the legal status in region of any country requires getting permission from competent authorities form the country where s / he works.

presence of the foreign legal status entails groups of effects, s / he has rights and it is imposed many duties.

the most important right is the identity and this requires knowing her / his identity and the country.

thus, her / his name distinguishes her / him from others, independent financial liability.

on the other hand, it is imposed her/him some commitments such as tax, respect norms and economic and social conditions of the country where s/he exists.

when any conflict happened with legal status, Iraqi legislator imposes legal status for legal system of actual main administrative center to be as basic rule and expecting for law of country to act her/his activity in Iraq.
