The research attempts of shed light on the penetration of the influence of the Austria Hungary empire in the Balkan its position on the Balkan crisis (1875-1878), the treaties and agreements it concluded with Russia and the ottoman empire its objection to the treaty of San-Stefano, its participation in the berlin conference and the gains it achieved represented by it's occupation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the expansion of its spheres of fuluence in the Balkan until 1879.
