Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the electronic and organizational engineering development and the difficulties that municipalities face in its dimensions (employing electronic works instead of paper, employing modern means of communication, achieving the principle of open time management) in the engineering developments and organizations in municipalities.

The descriptive analytical approach was used through a sample consisting of (216) individuals were distributed to the study population in a random way, and the questionnaire was used to collect the study data, and the SPSS was used to analyze the data and test hypotheses.
