Abstract EN

As a matter of fact, intentional and jurisprudential rooting at the time of epidemics is one of the most important topics that need to be studied and addressed by diligent Muslim scholars (Mujtahideen).

This branch of jurisprudence controls the movement of deduction and diligence, and contributes in confronting mishaps and calamities when conditions and circumstances change.

Hence, this study addresses the presentation of the most important terms of the research, such as legislative intentions, jurisprudential rules, the epidemic and jurisprudence of priorities.

Then the study addressed the most important jurisprudential rules related to the time of epidemics, which are called the "necessary rules", along with manifesting the connection of the "necessary rules" with epidemics time, in order to clarify the extent to which jurisprudential rules are activated and linked to the developments of epidemics, detecting conflicting interests and vices, and what priorities should be firstly employed at the time of epidemics when conflicting and emerging issues jostle.

Then, the research attends to the jurisprudential applications of legislative intentions and jurisprudential rules related to the time of epidemics.

Furthermore, the research addresses how to balance these intentions and rules at the time of epidemics, linking them with emerging jurisprudential issues and applications.

Finally, the research is appended with a conclusion containing the attained results in totality along with the most important recommendations from the researcher's point of view.
