Abstract EN

The concept, of general and private is cosidered the most important of the Quranic researches in the Islamic legislation, and it very important to identify it applications; and sections in the holy Quran, ; and this is what the study in this research, which included three detectives section introduced the concept of the general and the private in the Quran depending on the ; legislative texts to show it, and one of the most important findings of the researcher, is not possible to generalize the rule that says every general in Quran is specialized because this will result in an obstruction to all the general in Quran.
