Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of organizational determinants according to organization theory of heads of scientific departments from the viewpoint of teachers in the colleges of the central technical university in Baghdad, ln order to achieve the goals of the current researcher built measure organizational determinants, and contains three fields, and(29) paragraphs final version, as it consisted of (167) teaching, for the purpose of processing data, a set of statistical methods has been used, namely:(T-test) for tow independent samples, and pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance the couple.
