Abstract EN

This study aimed to find the causal model of the relationship between the big five factors of personality, cyber-bullying and the social dominance orientation among university students.

the study was conducted on a sample of 398 students at Fayoum university colleges.

the study tools included : the list of the big five factors of personality (prepared by : costa and Macri, 1985 translated by : Badr Mohammed al-Ansari, 2002), the cyber-bullying scale (prepared by researchers), and social dominance orientation scale (prepared by researchers).

the study found a set of findings, the most important of which were : there is a relationship between the big five factors of personality and cyber-bullying, there is a relationship between the big five factors of personality and social dominance orientation, there is a relationship between social dominance orientation and cyber-bullying.

there are differences in the study variables were found due to the sex in favour of males.

the results also showed a predictive ability of both big five factors of personality and cyber-bullying with social dominance orientation ; the results of the study also showed that the constructivist model had quality indicators of good conformity.
