The paper aims to know the role of women in the development of e-learning and its importance, to know the negatives and positives in e- learning, to present proposals and recommendations that contribute to improving the use of e-learning, to identify the extent of the educational administration‘s interest in women‘s education, to identify the obstacles and to reveal the challenges resulting from the economic and academic level, and to clarify the role of women In terms of strength and weakness in trying to understand the reality of e-learning.

The paper dealt with the reality of using educational aids and e- learning, where the objectives were to identify the reality of e-learning, its importance and the role of women in its development.
