in this context, the administrative judge is exposed to delicate issues arising from the diversity of activities, with a developmental dimension, carried out by the administration, which affected fundamental problems, about the extent to which it is possible to reconsider the foundations and criteria for evaluating the legality of decisions and administrative actions issued in these areas? to what extent is the judge's discretionary authority in this regard? the research analyzed the role of the administrative judge in sustainable development, through an introductory study, in which it dealt with the nature of the constructive role of the administrative judge, and the factors affecting his judgment.
