إستراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير مهارات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة العاصمة عمان

Abstract EN

This study aimed to propose a strategy to develop the e-learning skills for elementary schools‘ teachers in the Jordanian public schools in the capital Amman.

The survey-developmental approach was used, and the study population consisted of all of the teachers in the elementary level in the capital Amman, numbering (17078) teachers.

The study sample was (134) teachers.

A 31 items questionnaire was developed for data gathering.

The results showed that the degree of practicing e-learning skills among elementary schools‘ teachers, in general, was moderate, also the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) attributed to sex or academic degree variables.

On the other hand, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences attributed to experience variable in favor of the category 5 years or less .Based on the study results, a strategy was proposed to develop the e- learning skills of elementary schools‘ teachers.

Accordingly; The study recommended to adopt the proposed strategy by the Jordanian Ministry of Education.
