Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the reality of e-learning at Yemeni community colleges by applying to Aden community college from the perspective of faculty members.

the total number of the faculty members in Aden community college is (126) and a simple random sample was selected from the research community at a rate of (36%).the researchers used the descriptive approach (case study) to fulfill and meet the objectives of this study, and the questionnaire was used as the research tool.

the researchers reached a set of results, the most important of which are : 1- the results of the research showed that the mean of the responses of the research sample regarding the leadership role in achieving the quality of e-learning in Aden community college is (3.10), and this means that their level of awareness is at the “available” level, with a moderate degree.

2- the results of the research showed that the mean of the responses of the research sample regarding the availability of e-learning programs’ standards in Aden community college is (2.88), and this means that their level of awareness is at the “available” level, with a moderate degree.

based on the results of the research, the researchers came up with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are : 1- paying attention to e-learning by spreading the culture of this type of education and its importance among faculty members, students and administrators, and adopting an institutional vision accompanied by sound planning for that.

2- searching continuously for various sources of funding in order to provide the infrastructure for this type of education.
