Arabic Abstract

تسعى الدراسة إلى : معرفة أهمية التحول الرقمي المستدام في العملية التعليمية، كما ركزت الدراسة الحالية على رصد العقبات و التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات التعليمية من أجل تطبيق معايير و مبادئ التحول الرقمي، رصدت الدراسة مفاهيم التحول الرقمي، كما فحصت العلاقة بين التحول الرقمي المستدام و جودة العملية التعليمية.

و استعانت الدراسة بعدد من الدراسات و الأدبيات التي تركز على بعض المتغيرات القريبة من موضوع الدراسة الحالية من أجل تحليل التراث الأدبي للوصول إلى نتائج يصلح تطبيقها في الإدارات التعليمية و المؤسسات التعليمية بشكل عام، و من خلال ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من خلال استخدام المنهج التحليلي توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها : ضرورة تأهيل المعلمين و الطلاب لاستخدام التعليم الرقمي في أي وقت و في أي إدارة تعليمية، و وجود مناهج دراسية متجددة تستعين بالأدوات و الأليات التكنولوجيا لإتاحة الفرصة لتطبيق التعلم الرقمي، و ضرورة توفير الأسس و المعايير التي يمكن من خلالها تطبيق أسس التحول الرقمي المستدام.

و عقد الدورات التدريبية و الورش الفنية للقضاء على أمية المتعلمين التكنولوجية و تأهليهم ثقافيا لاستخدام التحول الرقمي، وتوفير الأجهزة و المعدات الحديثة التي تمكن المؤسسات التعليمية من استخدام التحول الرقمي، و أهمية التحول الرقمي في تحسين نتائج التعلم، و كذلك زيادة خبرات الطلاب الرقمية.

English Abstract

The study seeks to : Know the importance of sustainable digital transformation in the educational process.

The current study also focused on monitoring the obstacles and challenges facing educational institutions in order to implement the standards and principles of digital transformation.

The study monitored the concepts of digital transformation, and examined the relationship between sustainable digital transformation and the quality of the educational process.

The study used a number of studies and literature that focus on some variables close to the subject of the current study in order to analyze the literary heritage to reach results that can be applied in educational administrations and educational institutions in general.

The most important results are The necessity of qualifying teachers and students to use digital education at any time and in any educational administration, and the existence of renewable curricula that use technology tools and mechanisms to provide an opportunity to implement digital learning, and the need to provide the foundations and standards through which the foundations of sustainable digital transformation can be implemented.

Holding training courses and technical workshops to eliminate technological illiteracy of learners and qualify them culturally to use digital transformation, providing modern devices and equipment that enable educational institutions to use digital transformation, and the importance of digital transformation in improving learning outcomes, as well as increasing students' digital experiences.
