Abstract EN

This study seeks to measure the level of variation in the services provided by al-Fuhays municipality before and after Covid19, and to research the factors and influences that accompanied this difference, to reach the best solutions that raise the level of services provided in the light of crises and exceptional circumstances.

this study also seeks to reach indicators of readiness in the municipality.

to face all exceptional circumstances that prevent the provision of services in the traditional and customary manner.

the researcher based his study on the use of the comparative method and the descriptive and statistical method, as required by the nature of the study.

the study concluded that the impact of the corona pandemic on the services provided by the municipality was not significant.

the study recommended the need to take appropriate measures to overcome future crises, such as moving towards automating services as much as possible.
