Abstract EN

Research title: Control procedures for men’s lust for women and their effects on Islamic culture.

Importance of choosing a topic: Explanation of the legal approach in dealing with women's lust, and the theoretical and practical legal methods in dealing with it, so that people are aware of the practical solutions, and the disciplined methodology, through which they are used, and they contemplate the legal evidence that describes the medicine for them towards controlling this lust.

Research problem: There is negligence among some members of society in not preserving the aspect of lust between men and women, ignorance of the legal procedures related to this, and failure to take into account the results of tracking the means of provoking sexual arousal, and for this the main question of this study was how Islam took care of controlling the lust of men from women, and how to deal with them.

Research aims: 1.Controlling desires in the Islamic society.

Explanation of the legal position on the desire of men towards women.

3 3.Directing people to know the legal method in dealing with women’s lust.

Providing theoretical and practical solutions towards controlling the lust of men towards women and how to deal with them.

Research Methodology: It was in accordance with the inductive, descriptive and deductive method, by mentioning the procedures, evidence of inference, and the various methods used by Islam to control the arousal of the lust of men from women.

The most important search results: 1-The Islamic Sharia has solutions to control the desire of men towards women.

2-That sexual desire is an innate matter and an instinct that God has created in creatures, for the survival and continuity of offspring.

3- Those who follow desires are all those who do not observe the limits of God and are driven after them until they drag him into committing immoralities.

4- Women are required to observe the legal procedures, and to abide by what God has enjoined upon them to preserve their desires.

5- The uncontrollable effects of uncontrollable men’s lust for women will be disastrous for the individual and society.
