New research supports the measurable positive effects of biophilic design on human health, strengthening empirical evidence for the relationship between humans and nature and raising its priority in both design research and design practice.

in this research, the researcher presents a Kuwaiti model for biophilic design in the manufacture of furniture and accessories, and the use of the Kuwaiti environment as an important source for this type of design.

therefore, this research includes an analysis of the Kuwaiti environment and biophilic design, and the results of the analysis directly affect the approach proposed by the study.

then a set of furniture designs presented at the end of this paper
