Abstract EN

The research deals with civil responsibility acts of financial and administrative corruption, and that in three discussions and a conclusion, the importance of the research is due to the fact that phenomenon of financial and administrative corruption is like a dangerous epidemic that threatens, the stability of societies, and it blew out all the reform schemes of their content to achieve this goal, the researcher used the comparative analutical descriptive method and has reached to several results, the most important of which is that the causes of corruption are multiple including legal reasons, economic, social and administrative reasons, that corruption has dangerous social consequences and acts of corruption criminal liability, the researcher recommends the need for the legislative to interference on civil liability, in addition to administrative and criminal responsibility, that is a result of acts of corruption, and the need to employ all media outlets in building a good employed.
