This research talks about the penalty of confiscation, which began to explain some of the provisions related to the fine as a financial penalty, and to indicate the place and importance of money and how Sharia preserved the money and then showed the meaning of confiscation and its ruling as a financial penalty.

she mentioned the forms and forms of confiscation in the different systems and its forms in Sharia law, and indicated that it is an original penalty or a complementary preventive penalty.

and I clarified the nature of public confiscation or for the public interest, and mentioned the legal opinions indicating that my method of research was : -attributing Quranic verses to their surahs and extracting hadiths and antiquities to their sources.

-defining the vocabulary of research problems.

-mentioning the issue, then the sayings of the jurists and their evidence, and giving preference to the most correct with evidence.
