The role of the international community appears in preserving the dignity of persons with disabilities, ensuring their rights and freedoms, and creating equal opportunities for them in order to integrate them with ordinary individuals in all aspects of social, economic and cultural life, taking into account the individual differences of each member of society.

therefore, Egypt and Saudi Arabia were keen to enact laws and legislations that take into account the right of persons with disabilities to treatment, education, rehabilitation, work and family formation, in accordance with international and regional agreements.

it has been observed that there is some compatibility between legislative laws and international conventions, but these legislations must be reviewed in line with global developments that help to integrate these with their ordinary relatives and benefit from them.
