Abstract EN

This study is concerned with analyzing oral discourse and its characteristics, by searching for the meaning using all possible means.

this research starts from the study of the poem "amawi" by the poet "Hatim al-Tai" according to the deliberative method in literary criticism, where deliberation is one of the broadest methods in the field of linguistic, philosophical and social studies, whose analysis extends to the depth of the text.

accordingly, this research aims to study the poem "amawi" as an applied study, according to this method and try to focus on deliberation, its origin and nature, then talk about the poet and the pre-Islamic life in which he lived, and then apply it to the poem.

the research consists of an introduction, three sections and a conclusion of the results.

the three sections of the study are divided as follows : first section : deliberation.

second section : overview of the poet "Hatim al-Tai" third section : the poem "Amawi" by Hatem al-Tai.
