Abstract EN

The current research aims to study the social competence of educational adults and to identify their psychological structure.

Search tools: In the current search, the researcher used the following tools.

1- Social efficiency measure 2 - Psychological construction measure Sample study: The search was applied to a sample of educational guides in the Qadisiyah Education Directorate.

Search Results The following findings emerged: 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between the grades of teachers on the social efficiency scale and their scores on the psychological construction scale.

2- There is a statistically D difference between the average score of guides with high social competence and those with reduced social competence in favour of guides with high social competence.
