Abstract EN

It is known that the problem of child labor is one of the problems facing Arab society.

The Arab Labor Reports indicate that (7 and 6) million Arab children are joining the labor market.

That is, the Arab child of school age is not enrolled in schools, of whom (4 and 2) million are females.

Their ages range between (5 and 14) years.

They spread in the two continents - Asia (61%) and Africa (33%.) In light of the foregoing, the international changes, the rapid scientific and technological developments, the extension of the information and communication revolution to various countries of the world, the rapid changes in professions and methods of work and production, the emergence of work patterns, new jobs and professions, the reduction of old occupations and jobs, and the morning of the new century is a post-industrial society, a society of modernity and the information society.

Technology, Communications and the Age of Knowledge Economy Based on the foregoing, the Iraqi society is facing the problem of child labor after the events of 4/9/2003, which threaten the peace of society, especially the involvement of children who drop out of school into the labor market, and thus children who drop out of school face problems, including (physical -psychological - family) that affect the future personal Child .

In addition to the reflection of child labor on the future evidence of Iraqi society The current study will shed light on child labor who drop out from the study from an ethical and professional perspective and its impact on (family - school -society) in addition to knowing other problems, including (insecurity and stability -family disintegration - and external aggression)? Thus, the research will arrive on recommendations and proposals that benefit the community in the future
