The study aimed to reveal the degree to which secondary school principals in the Capital Governorate in the State of Kuwait practice inspiring leadership from the teachers' point of view.

(2908) A male and female teacher.

The study sample consisted of (380) male and female teachers in the schools of the Capital Governorate, and the study tool was represented by a questionnaire consisting of (32) items, distributed over four areas (future vision, self-confidence, dependability and trust in others, empowering workers).

The practice of inspiring leadership by secondary school principals in the Capital Governorate came to a high degree, and there were statistically significant differences in the degree to which school principals practiced inspiring leadership due to the effect of gender, and the differences came in favor of females, and there were no statistically significant differences in the degree to which school principals practiced inspiring leadership due to the qualification variable Scientific, and years of experience, and the researchers recommended the necessity of enhancing principals’ knowledge and skills of inspirational leadership and its applications in the field of educational practices, through training programs, workshops, and educational meetings.
