Abstract EN

The study aimed at relations with justice (distribution, fairness of procedures, fairness of dealings).

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and we relied on the study's paragraphs, ready after its development to measure the study variables.

The study population consisted of general representatives in Baghdad Teaching Hospital, who prepared a random sample that was distributed to a random sample, a form, and a form for extraction (93) out of the total number of forms distributed, and (15) questionnaires that they predicted were excluded.

The volume of trade emitted from the air was (78, and the study reached a number of results, including; 1-There are significant statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of organizational justice axes (distribution, procedures, dealing) of the organizational conflict in the studied institution according to the variable (educational qualification, age groups).

2- There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (0.05) for the dimension of distributive justice on the organizational conflict strategies in the studied institution, which amounted to (89%).

3-There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (0.05) for the dimension of fairness of procedures on the organizational conflict strategies in the studied institution, which amounted to (24%).

4-There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (0.05) for the dimension of fairness of dealing on the organizational conflict strategies in the studied institution, which amounted to (51%).
