The research aimsto identify the "reasons for poor spelling in primary school students from the point of view of the educational body." The formulation of some proposals that may contribute to reducing the poor spelling of students.
The sample of the current research consisted of (80) teachers and teachers in the Kut district.
The researcher investigated the validity of the tool by presenting it to a group of experts and specialists in the Arabic language and the methods of teaching.
The researcher verified the stability of the tool in the manner of repetition (0.83) and using the weighted mean and percentage.
The researcher came to identify the reasons behind the weakness of spelling in primary school students from the point of view of the educational body and then the researcher developed a number of treatments that contribute to the solution of those reasons.
In light of the results of the research, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations, including: 1.
Increase quotas to teach spelling and make them more than one share per week at least because they are of scientific feasibility.
2.
To provide teachers and teachers with a book of teaching methods, so that the door to choice in front of the teacher is wide and varied in teaching.
3.
The interest of teachers of materials other than teachers of Arabic language by writing students and alert them to their mistakes and guidance to the right.
