Abstract EN

This research started from the question that what is the position of culture in terms of its dimensions and factors in social organization, and to achieve this purpose, five sections were identified in which we dealt in succession the general framework of the study and the content components and social organization as a cultural necessity, and the importance of cultural dimensions in social organization and we reviewed in the last section the results and recommendations of the research.

This research falls within the social analytical studies, which identify a specific phenomenon and then depict this phenomenon by collecting data and information about it and then subjecting it to classification, segmentation and evaluation, and thus arriving at a set of results.

It was found through the study that society consists of organizations, each of which has its own structure, operations, and goals, and these organizations are affected by the prevailing culture in that society, as religion, language, values, customs, traditions, rituals, rituals, and popular proverbs are considered as tools of culture that it uses to shape the behavior of individuals and determine their trends, and the effectiveness of any organization requires achieving Compatibility and harmonization between the culture of the organization and the culture of the external environment, meaning that the culture of the organization includes the values and standards that help the organization adapt to the environment and environmental changes.

The general public of the society increases the sincerity of the workers, their loyalty, and their strong adherence to the organization.

On the other hand, there is a negative impact of culture on the organization, as it may lead to the emergence of many organizational problems such as absenteeism, failure to work, job dissatisfaction or conflict.
