Abstract EN

The article aims to identify the level of McClelland's needs and organizational loyalty among faculty members at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Duhok as well as identifying the significance of differences between faculty members regarding McClelland's needs and organizational loyalty according to personality variables such as gender (male - female), educational qualification (Master's - PhD), years of experience (less than 5 years, 5-10 years, more than 10 years).

The researcher used the descriptive survey method for its suitability to the nature of this research.

The research was conducted on a deliberately selected sample of faculty members of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Duhok, where the sample consisted of (43) faculty members.

The researcher made use of the study (Al-Harasha and Al-Shababsha 2006), the scale included (15) items to measure McClelland's needs and the study of (Youssef Ghoneim 2010).

The data obtained by the researcher using the statistical program.

The results showed that there is a significant relationship between McClelland's needs and organizational loyalty from the viewpoint of faculty members in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Duhok.

The researcher might recommend a serious reliance on regulations and laws instead of relying on personal relationships, to conduct a comparative study between the universities of Kurdistan Region on the relationship between McClelland's needs and organizational loyalty
