Arabic Abstract

تناول الباحث في الفصل التمهيدي المباحث اللغوية و الاصطلاحية للإدارة الإستراتيجية، و أهميتها، و مكوناتها، و الإشارة إلى علاقة الإدارة الإستراتيجية بالقرآن الكريم.

أما الفصل الأول فقد تناول الباحث التحليل البيئي و ميادينه في ضوء القرآن الكريم، و هي : تحليل البيئية الخارجية تحليل البيئية الداخلية تحديد نقاط القوة و الضعف، تحديد التحديات و التهديدات، تحديد الفرص المعينة.

و في الفصل الثاني عناصر الخطة الاستراتيجية في ضوء القرآن الكريم، و تشتمل على صياغة الرؤية، تحديد الرسالة، وضع الأهداف، حصر الخيارات و البدائل و في الفصل الثالث قواعد و ضوابط تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية في ضوء القرآن الكريم، و يشتمل على قواعد وضع السياسات قواعد وضع البرامج التنفيذية، ضوابط تحديد المهام وتنسيقها، ضوابط اعتماد الشخصية الإدارية المناسبة.

و في الفصل الرابع الرقابة و المتابعة و التقويم في ضوء القرآن الكريم، و يشتمل على : الرقابة العامة في ضوء القرآن الكريم، الرقابة الداخلية في ضوء القرآن الكريم، تقويم العلاقات الخارجية في ضوء القرآن الكريم، تقويم الانضباط الداخلي في ضوء القرآن الكريم.

أولاً: أهم النتائج: 1- حقيقة أن القرآن ما ترك علماً من العلوم و الفنون النافعة إلا وهو مؤصل في كتاب الله عز وجل.

2- الاستفادة من كتاب الله عز و جل لا حد لها، و أن باب الاجتهاد في تفسيره واسع ومنضبط.

3- الإدارة الإستراتيجية في ضوء القرآن الكريم ضرورية لإدارة الكيان المسلم فردأ ومجتمعاً ودولة.

ثانياً: أهم التوصيات : 1- اعتماد نظم الإدارة الإستراتيجية المستمدة من القرآن و السنة الإصلاح حياة المسلمين.

2- دوام المراقبة و المتابعة لأنشطة الكيان الإداري و طبيعة الأداء و ملائمة الأشخاص لما أسند إليهم من مهام و متابعة و مراقبة العلاقات الخارجية و الحث على الانضباط الداخلي.

3- أدعو طلاب العلم للمزيد من البحث و الدراسة للإدارة الإستراتيجية في ضوء القرآن الكريم.

English Abstract

This study consisted of an introduction, five chapters which included an introductory chapter and four essential chapters, and a conclusion.

In the introductory chapter, the researcher dealt with the linguistic and conventional topics of strategic management, its importance and its components, with reference to the relationship of strategic management with the Holy Qur’an.

As for the first chapter, the researcher dealt with environmental analysis and its fields in the light of the Holy Qur’an that included the external environmental analysis, the internal environmental analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses, identifying challenges and threats, and identifying specific opportunities.

The second chapter examined the elements of the strategic plan in the light of the Noble Qur’an, which included formulating the vision, defining the mission, setting the goals, and delimiting the options and alternatives.

The third chapter addressed the rules and controls for strategy implementation in the light of the Noble Qur’an, which included rules for setting policies, rules for setting executive programs, controls for defining and coordinating tasks, and controls for approving the appropriate administrative personality.

The fourth chapter dealt with supervision, follow-up and evaluation in the light of the Holy Qur’an, which addressed general oversight in the light of the Holy Qur’an, internal control in the light of the Holy Qur’an, evaluation of external relations in the light of the Holy Qur’an, and evaluation of internal discipline in the light of the Holy Qur’an.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following : 1- The fact that all useful sciences and forms of knowledge have their roots in the Noble Qur’an.

2- Benefiting from the Book of Allah Almighty has no limits, and that independent reasoning [ijtihad] in its interpretation is broad and disciplined.

3- Strategic management in the light of the Noble Qur’an is necessary to manage the Muslim entity as an individual, a society and a state.

The researcher reached the following most important recommendations : 1- Adopting strategic management systems derived from the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah to reform the lives of Muslims.

2- Adopting oversight and follow-up systems in light of the guidance of the Holy Qur’an for the entity’s activities, the nature of performance, the suitability of people to the tasks assigned to them, as well as the follow-up and control of external relations, and to promote internal discipline.

3- Calling on students of knowledge to do further research and study of strategic management in the light of the Holy Qur’an to employ it in the lives of Muslims in accordance with the divine approach.
