Abstract EN

The study aimed to know degree of the educational supervisors’ acquisition of the supervisory skills in directorates of education in the Capital Amman from their point of view, The study used the descriptive survey method, study sample reached (251) male and female supervisors, (147) males supervisors and (104) females supervisors, a questionnaire has been developed as the study’s instrument which consisted of six fields and (48) clauses, Results of the study showed that degree of the educational supervisors of the supervisory skills in directorate of education in the Capital Amman from their point of view came high, and the absence of differences with statistically significance at significance level (α<0.05) between the means of the educational supervisors degree of acquisition of the supervisory skills in directorate of education in the Capital Amman attribute to gender variables, and the presence of difference of with statistically significance at significance level (α<0.05)between the means of educational supervisors degree of acquisition of the supervisory skills in directorate of education in the Capital Amman attribute to the scientific qualification attribute to the scientific qualification and in favor of those who hold the higher scientific qualification (Graduate Studies).

The researcher recommended the necessity for training the educational supervisors who hold the scientific qualification (Bachelor and Bachelor+ Diploma) on the supervisory skills.
