نظرا لأهمية انضمام فلسطين إلى "نظام روما الأساسي" للحد من جرائم الاحتلال، وفي مقدمتها جريمة الاستيطان، فإن الدراسة تحاول الكشف عن فرص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية في الحد من هذه الجريمة، خاصة أن هناك العديد من العوائق ذات الطبيعة السياسية والقانونية التي تجعل من تدخلها في الحالة الفلسطينية مهمة صعبة، فضلا عن الموقف المعادي للمحكمة من قبل دولة الاحتلال والولايات المتحدة.
Abstract EN
Given the importance of Palestine's accession to the Rome Statute in curbing Israeli crimes, namely the expansion of settlement, this study aims to reveal the chances that the International Criminal Court has to put an end to Israeli crimes especially since there are many political and legal hindrances that make it hard to intervene in the Palestinian case and the Israeli and the US position towards the ICC is not a favourable one.
