It is certain that general education students greatly enjoy their use of technology, which confirms that the feeling of pleasure is part of the feeling of quality of life.

Not all pleasures are permissible, so if enjoyment results in a violation of Sharia or harm, then this enjoyment does not achieve the quality of life.

For this reason, many uses of technology lead to negative repercussions on its users, especially when excessive and negligent in that.

The light of the contemporary Islamic perspective, and a review of the most important legal controls for the use of technology by public education students, with an explanation of some aspects of their suffering due to the wrong use of it, and then a discussion of the contemporary Islamic educational perspective to adapt technology to support their sense of quality of life.

The basic approach and content analysis method were applied.

It became clear from the results of the research that the use of technology by children and young people of general education age achieves many feelings of quality of life, taking into account their preparation, scientifically and morally for good use, and this is in addition to the clear inclusion of the contemporary Islamic educational perspective on many legitimate controls that enhance their observance of their sense of quality of their lives.

The researcher recommended the necessity of the educational institutions concerned with the tasks of preparing and qualifying appropriately to feel the use of technology by children and youth.
