Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر استخدام أدوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة على الفاعلية التنظيمية على شركات صناعة الأدوية الأردنية، كما بينت الدراسة أبعاد أدوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة المتمثلة في (المقارنات المرجعية، رضا العملاء، التحسين المستمر)، إضافة إلى أبعاد تحقيق الفاعلية التنظيمية المتمثلة في (كمية الأهداف المتحققة، سرعة تحقيق الأهداف، جودة الأهداف المتحققة)، من (184) موظفا من العاملين في الإدارات العليا و الوسطى و الدنيا في الشركات الصناعية الادوية الاردنيه.
و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من اهمها أن اتجاهات عينة الدراسـة تجاه المتغير المستقل أدوات إدارة الجودة الشـاملة بأبعادها جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج أن الفاعلية التنظيمية بأبعاده جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، و اظهرت النتائج وجود أثر أدوات إدارة الجودة الشـاملة بأبعادها مجتمعة على الفاعلية التنظيمية، و بينت النتائج أن أبعاد ادوات إدارة الجودة الشاملة لا تشكل مقدارا متساويا من الأهمية النسبية في الشركات الصناعية لأدويه الأردنية عند مستوى (0.05> a ).
و بناء عليه أوصت الدراسة من الضروري تركيز شركات الصناعية الادوية الاردنية المدرجة في سوق عمان المالي على ربط الاداء مع الجودة و العمل على وضـع استراتجيات تراعي نظم الاداء الاعمال المرتفعة لتحسين وتطوير الابتكار و الافكار الجديدة داخل هذه الشركات بما يحسن من الفاعلية التنظيمية.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of using total quality management tools on organizational effectiveness on the Jordanian pharmaceutical industry companies.
The study also showed the dimensions of total quality management tools represented in (Benesh marketing, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement), in addition to the dimensions of achieving organizational effectiveness represented in (the The achieved goals, the speed of achieving the goals, the quality of the achieved goals), from (184) employees working in the upper, middle and lower epartments of the Jordanian pharmaceutical industrial companies.
The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and reached a set of results, the most important of which was that the study sample’s attitudes towards the independent variable total quality management tools in its dimensions came to a high degree, and the results showed that organizational effectiveness in its dimensions came to a high degree, and the results showed the presence of the impact of total quality management tools in its dimensions Combined on organizational effectiveness, and the results showed that the dimensions of total quality management tools do not constitute an equal amount of relative importance in the Jordanian pharmaceutical industrial companies at the level of (α≤0.05).
Accordingly, the study recommended that it is necessary to focus the Jordanian industrial and pharmaceutical companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange on linking performance with quality and working on developing strategies that take into account high business performance systems to improve and develop innovation and new ideas within these companies in order to improve organizational effectiveness.
