Arabic Abstract
خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا والتقنيات الحديثة من الوسائل المهمة التحقيق الأولي و البدائي, و نص على ذلك القانون الأردني من اجل الوصول إلى نتائج علمية فـي القضايا الشائكة و التي يسودها الغموض, و نص المشرع الأردني صراحة علـى أن هـذه الوسائل تساعد الجهات المختصة في اختصار الوقت و الجهد من اجل الوصول إلـى نتائج ترضي اطراف الدعوة مع الأخذ بعدم لمساس بحريه و حقوق الحث التي نصت عليها جميع المؤتمرات و الاتفاقيات الدولة, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المشرع الأردني قيد استخدام وسائل التقنية الحديثة في اطار القانون و مراقبة استخدامها و سريتها للحفاض على حقوق الأحداث.
English Abstract
The study concluded that technology and modern technologies are among the important means in the initial and primitive investigation, and the Jordanian law stipulates that in order to reach scientific results in thorny issues that are dominated by ambiguity, and the Jordanian legislator expressly stated that these means help the competent authorities in shortening the time and effort in order to Reaching results that satisfy the parties to the call, taking into account not to prejudice the freedom and rights of juveniles stipulated in all conferences and state conventions, and the study concluded that the Jordanian legislator is restricted to the use of modern technology means within the framework of the law and to monitor their use and confidentiality to preserve the rights of juveniles.
