Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اثر استراتيجية الامداد المتمثلة في )النقل والتخزين، والتزويد) على إدارة الازمات بابعادها )استشعاراشارات الانذار، الاستعداد لحدوث الأزمة، الاستجابة للازمة ، استعادة النشاط ، التعلم من الأزمة( ، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في المستويات الإدارية العليا والوسطى والدنيا في شركات صناعة الادوية العراقية والبالغ عددهم (3000) موظف وموظفة.

وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة بنسبة (10%) وبلغت عينة الدراسة (300) موظف وموظفة يعملون في مختلف المستويات الإدارية ، وقامت الباحثة بتوزيع (50) استبانة على كل شركة من شركات القطاع المبحوث وعددها (6) شركات استرد منها (245) إستبانة، وقامت الباحثة باستبعاد (11) إستبانة نظرا لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل الاحصائي، حيث بلغ عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي (234) إستبانة وبنسبة بلغت (78 %( من اجمالي عدد الاستبانات التي تم توزيعها، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة وغاياتها استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم تطبيق عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية التي تتناسب وطبيعة الدراسة وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج التي اشارت الى وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستراتيجية الامداد (النقل والتخزين والامداد( على إدارة الازمات بجميع ابعادها )استشعار اشارات الانذار، الاستعداد لحدوث الأزمة، الاستجابة للازمة، استعادة النشاط ، التعلم من الازمة(، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة طرح برامج تدريبية في شركات صناعة الأدوية العراقية تعزز من قدرات العاملين فيها على للتعامل مع الازمات المختلفة في ضوء ما يهده العالم في الوقت الحاضر من أزمات نتيجة تفشي وباء كورونا.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of supply strategies represented in (transportation, storage, and supply) on crisis management in its dimensions (Sensing warning signals, preparing for the occurrence of the crisis, responding to the crisis, restoring activity, learning from the crisis).

The study population consist of all workers at the three managerial levels in Iraqi pharmaceutical industrial companies, which numbered (3000) employees.

Simple random sample was selected from the study population with a percentage of (10%) working in the various administrative levels.

The researcher distributed (50) questionnaire for each of (6) companies, only (245) questionnaires were retrieved, the researcher excluded (11) questionnaires due to the lack of Validity for statistical analysis, the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis reached (234), at a rate of (78%) of the total number of questionnaires that were distributed.

The results of the study indicated there is statistically significant impact of supply strategies (transportation, storage, and logistics) on crisis management in all its dimensions (sensing warning signals, preparing for the occurrence of the crisis, responding to the crisis, restoring activity, learning from the crisis).

According to the results the researcher recommends the necessary to offering training programs in Iraqi pharmaceutical industrial companies that enhance the capabilities of their workers to deal with various crises in light of the crises that the world is facing at the present time as a result of the infection of Corona virus.
