Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الي تحديد مستوى انتشار الأفكار الانتحارية لدى طلبة الجامعات في قطاع غزة.
التعرف على عوامل الخطورة و عوامل الوقاية من الأفكار الانتحارية كذلك الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بین عوامل الخطورة و عوامل الوقاية وا لأفكار الانتحارية سعت الدراسة الى تحقيق الهدف باستخدام أدوات عديدة هي : مقياس كولومبيا و استبيان حاله الضغط و القلق وا لاكتئاب و مقياس بيك للإحباط و مقياس كونور دافنسون للصلابة النفسية و اخيرا مقياس برلين للدعم الاجتماعي كما اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي علي عينة بلغت (٦٥١) من طلبة الجامعات في قطاع غزة توصلت الدراسة الى ارتفاع مستوي السلوك الانتحاري و الأفكار الانتحارية و عوامل الخطورة المتمثلة في الاحباط و الاكتئاب) لدى عند طلبة الجامعات في قطاع غزة.
كما انخفض مستوي عوامل الحماية المتمثلة في الدعم الاجتماعي و الصلابة النفسية) بشكل عام لدى الطلبة في الجامعات بقطاع غزة.
كذلك بينت الدراسة أنه يمكن التنبؤ بدرجة الأفكار الانتحارية و السلوك الانتحاري من خلال قياس مستوي الاكتئاب و الإحباط و الصلابة النفسية و الدعم الاجتماعي عند طلبة الجامعات في قطاع غزة.
أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقديم الدعم النفسي و الاجتماعي للشباب كذلك تعزيز عوامل الحماية لدي الشباب الفلسطيني و تقليل عوامل الخطورة عن طريق برامج و ندوات و مبادرات تستهدف الشباب.
العمل على خلق برامج تثقيفيه حول خطورة الانتحار و توفير خدمات الصحة النفسية المجانية للشباب في مرحلة الجامعة.
English Abstract
This study aimed to determine the extent of suicidal thoughts among university students in the Gaza Strip.
Identify the risk factors and factors for preventing suicidal thoughts among university students in the Gaza Strip.
To reveal the nature of the relationship between risk factors, protective factors and suicidal thoughts.
Among university students In the Gaza Strip.
The researcher used the Columbia Scale, Stress, Anxiety, and Depression Questionnaire, Beck Depression Scale, Connor Davidson Psychosocial Scale, Berlin Social Support Scale.
The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method.
The total number of individuals in the study sample reached 651; individuals were all university students in the Gaza Strip.
The study came up with the following findings : The study found high levels of suicidal behavior and suicidal thoughts among university students in the Gaza Strip.
Additionally, it was found that levels of risk factors (frustration and depression) were also elevated among these students.
Study results indicate that levels of protective factors (social support and psychological rigidity), in general, were low among university students in the Gaza Strip.
Additionally, the degree of suicidal thoughts and suicidal behavior can be predicted by measuring the level of depression, frustration, psychological rigidity and social support among students.
The study recommends the need to provide psychological and social support to young people, in order to contain them during this critical age of development, as well as to meet the needs of these young people and rehabilitate them socially and psychologically.
