هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتحسين دور الإذاعة المدرسية في المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية في التوجيه التربوي للطلبة، و ذلك من خلال التعرف إلى درجة قيام الإذاعة المدرسية لدورها في المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية في التوجيه التربوي للطلبة، من وجهة نظر الطلبة ودراسة وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة قيام الإذاعة المدرسية لتحسين دورها في المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات فل سطين الجنوبية في التوجيه التربوي للطلبة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قامت بتصميم استبانة لهذا الغرض تحتوى على (60) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات الأخلاقي، التعليمي، الاجتماعي، الثقافي.
و قد شملت عينة الدراسة (380) من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في الفصل الأول للعام الدراسي (2019-2020م) و تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، و تم تحليل البيانات للحصول على النتائج باستخدام برنامج (SPS)، و لبناء التصور المقترح استخدمت الباحثة المنهج البنائي من خلال المقابلات مع عدد من الخبراء و التربويين.
و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها : ● بلغت الدرجة الكلية لاستبانة قياس درجة قيام الإذاعة المدرسية لدورها في المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية في التوجيه التربوي للطلبة من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة تقدير كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي ،(3.903) ، وبوزن نسبي قدره (78.06%) .
● عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (as0.05) بين درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدور الإذاعة المدرسية في التوجيه التربوي للطلبة تعزي للمتغيرات (الجنس، التخصص، المعدل التراكمي، عند المشاركات، محاولة المشاركة).
● بناء تصور مقترح لتحسين دور الإذاعة المدرسية في التوجيه التربوي للطلبة المرحلة الثانوية، و اشتمل على أربعة أهداف وما تتضمنه من أنشطة و فعاليات.
من خلال النتائج توصي الباحثة بما يلي : 1- تفعيل مشاركة الطلبة في برامج الإذاعة المدرسية من خلال إتاحة فرص أكبر للتناف و الحوار.
3- تخصيص فقرة للإذاعة المدرسية تعالج أنماط السلوك السلبي الشائعة بين الطلبة.
English Abstract
The study aimed to present a suggested proposal to improve the role of school radio in the secondary stage in southern Palestine governorates in the educational guidance of students by identifying the school radio’s degree of improving its role in the secondary stage in the southern governorates of Palestine in the educational guidance of students, from the viewpoint of students.
The study also looks into the presence of differences between the average scores of the study sample in the degree of school radio’s improvement of its role in the secondary stage in the southern governorates of Palestine in the students’ educational guidance.
To achieve the study aims, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and she designed a questionnaire for this purpose that contained (60) items distributed to four areas: moral, educational, social, and cultural.
The study sample consisted of (380) secondary school students in the first semester of the academic year (2019-2020) and was chosen using a stratified random method.
The data was analyzed using the SPSS program, and to build the suggested proposal the researcher used the constructivist approach through interviews with a number of experts and educators.
The study reached the following results, the most important of which are the following: • There was a high average degree in the total score for the questionnaire used to measure the degree of school radio’s improving its role in the secondary stage in the southern governorates of Palestine in educational guidance for students from the students' point of view, with an arithmetic average of (3.903), and a relative weight of (78.06%).
• There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) in the degree of school radio’s practice of its role in educational guidance for students due to the variables of (gender, specialization, grade point average, number of participations, and attempt to participate).
• Building a suggested proposal to improve the role of school radio in educational guidance of secondary school students, and it included four goals and contained activities and events.
In light of these results, the researcher recommends the following : 1.
Activating student participation in school radio programs by providing greater opportunities for competition and dialogue.
2.
Assigning a segment in the school radio to address negative patterns of behavior common among students.
