Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إثراء كتب التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الثانوية بمهارات التفكير القيادي.

و تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية : 1- ما مهارات التفكير القيادي الواجب توافرها في كتب التربية الإسلامية ؟ 2- ما مدى تضمن كتب التربية الإسلامية لمهارات التفكير القيادي ؟ 3- ما مهارات التفكير القيادي المراد إثراؤها في كتب التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الثانوية ؟ 4- ما التصور المقترح لإثراء محتوى كتب التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الثانوية بمهارات التفكير القيادي؟ اتبعت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قامت بتحليل كتب التربية الإسلامية للصف الحادي عشر بجزأيه الأول و الثاني و الصف الثاني عشر.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة بطاقة تحليل محتوى كتب التربية الإسلامية الحادي عشر بجزأيه والصف الثاني عشر، كما استخدمت الباحثة التكرارات والنسب المئوية، ومعادلة هولستي.

و توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي : 1.

توصلت الدراسة إلى قائمة بمهارات التفكير القيادي 2.

وجود تباين واضح في مدى تضمن كتب التربية الإسلامية لمهارات التفكير القيادي.

3.

منهاج التربية الإسلامية بحاجة إلى تضمين بعض مهارات التفكير القيادي وأهم توصيات الدراسة : ● ضرورة تضمين كتب التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الثانوية بمهارات التفكير القيادي.

● ضرورة تحقيق تكامل بين مقررات التربية الإسلامية بحيث يتم التدرج في الموضوعات التي يتم تداولها في الصفوف الدراسية لجميع المراحل.

● العمل على تطوير المناهج التعليمية لضمان التوزيع العادل لمهارات التفكير القيادي في ضوء نتائج الدراسة.

English Abstract

This study aimed to enrich the Islamic education textbooks for the secondary school with leadership thinking skills.

The study’s problem is summarized in answering the following questions: 1.

What are the leadership thinking skills that are required in Islamic education textbooks? 2.

To what extent do Islamic education textbooks include leadership thinking skills? 3.

What are the leadership thinking skills intended to enrich secondary school’s Islamic education textbooks? 4.

What is the suggested proposal aiming to enrich the content of Islamic education textbooks for secondary school with leadership thinking skills? In this study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, as she analyzed the Islamic education textbooks for the eleventh grade in its first and second parts and the twelfth grade.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a card to analyse the content of Islamic education textbooks of the eleventh grade in its first and second parts and the twelfth grade, and calculated the frequencies and percentages as well as using the Holsti equation.

The study found the following: 1.

The study found a list of leadership thinking skills 2.

There is a clear variation in the extent to which Islamic education textbooks include leadership thinking skills.

3.

The Islamic Education curriculum needs to include some leadership thinking skills.

The most important study recommendations are as follows: • The need to include leadership thinking skills in Islamic education textbooks for the secondary stage.

• The necessity of achieving an integration between the Islamic education courses so that the topics covered in the classes for all stages are graded.

• Working on developing educational curricula to ensure equitable distribution of leadership thinking skills in light of the study results
