Arabic Abstract

صدقت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى التوجه نحو المستقبل، و التوافق الزواجي و الدعم الاجتماعي لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي، و التعرف على الفروق بين التوجه نحو المستقبل و التوافق الزواجي و الدعم الاجتماعي، و ذلك تبعًا للمتغيرات الديمغرافية الأتية: (العمر، المستوى التعليمي، عدد سنوات الزواج، عدد الأبناء، مدة الإصابة بالمرض) ؛ وا عتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إذ بلغت عينة الدراسة (130) مريضةً من مريضات سرطان الثدي، و قد ستخدمت الباحثة ثلاث أدوات، و هي مقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس التوافق الزواجي (إعداد كعبر 2017)، و مقياس الدعم الاجتماعي (إعداد الباحثة).

و بعد لتحقق من الصدق والثبات واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها : بلغ متوسط التوجه نحو المستقبل لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي بوزن نسبي (%82.72)، وبلغ متوسط التوافق الزواجي لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي بوزن سبي (68.54%) ، بينما بلغ متوسط الدعم الاجتماعي لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي بوزن نسبي (80.65%).

وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوجه نحو المستقبل وكلاً من التوافق الزواجي والدعم الاجتماعي لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي.

وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدعم الاجتماعي لبعد (مؤسسات المجتمع) لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي وفقًا لمتغير (المستوى التعليمي).

من أهم توصيات الباحثة : عمل برامج دعم نفسي للمريضات ضمن خطط مؤسسات المجتمع لتوفير الرعاية الداعمة و التي تحقق احتياجاتهن النفسية عمل جلسات ارشادية توضح أهمية التوجه نحو المستقبل و التشجيع على المناقشة و التحدث عن الأمور التي تهمهم و تعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم

English Abstract

This study aims at identifying the level of future orientation, marital adjustment, and social support among breast cancer patients.

It also aims at identifying the differences between future orientation, marital adjustment and social support, according to the following demographic variables: (age, educational level, number of years of marriage, number of children, disease period|).

To conduct this study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach.

The study sample consisted of (130) breast cancer patients.

The researcher used three tools: the future orientation scale (the researcher's preparation) the marital adjustment scale preparation (Kabar, 2017) and the social support scale (researcher's preparation).

After checking the relevant validity and reliability of the tools, and using the appropriate statistical methods, the study drew a set of findings, the most important of which were : - The mean score of future orientation of women with breast cancer was a relative weight of 82.72%.and The mean score of marital adjustment of women with breast cancer was a relative weight of 68.54%.and The mean score of social support of women with breast cancer was a relative weight of 80.65%.

- There was a direct, statistically significant relationship between future orientation both marital adjustment and social support of breast cancer patients.

- There were statistically significant differences in the social support for the variable (educational level) of breast cancer patients.

- One of the researcher's most important recommendations : Action psychological support programs for patients within the plans of community institutions to provide supportive care and that check psychological needs - Action counseling sessions Explain the importance of future orientation And to encourage discussion And talking about the things that Interest them And boost their self-confidence.
