Abstract EN

This study aimed to addressed weather deficit public budget has impact on Libya economic growth or not, so the study rely on approach of Johansson co-integration & ECM, to estimate relationship among the variables of this study in both long & short times.

Thus, the study found out that, there are a number of relationships in long run, and SGB & PE variables had a negative impacts in ;long run, But become a structural feature which stacked with Libya economy.
