The study aimed at identifying the impact of information technology with dimensions (hardware and equipment, software, individuals) on organizational change in the new Madar Company - Benghazi branch, and the study has been used analytical descriptive approach, and the study community of all employees of the new company - Benghazi branch, The 270 (270) has been selected for a random sample (159), and to collect the study data, the questionnaire has been confirmed and confirmed and believed.

The number of recovered and recoverable questionnaires (115) and an analysis was used to use the statistical program (SPSS) ), Where some statistical means such as repurchases, percentages, calculations, standard discrepancies and relative discriminations, and the analysis of simple and extreme linear regression as well as gradual, and the study concluded that the level of IT application with dimensions (hardware and equipment, and individuals) was high, and the level of change The regulatory company was high, and the results showed that IT levels with their dimensions and organizational change were high, as well There is a statistically significant impact of IT and its dimensions on regulatory change in Al-Madar Company - Benghazi Branch, and is clear by conducting a gradual linear decline that individuals are more influential than other variables on organizational change, followed by the influence of independent variables and equipment.
