Abstract EN

Professional rehabilitation contribute in exploit the individual energies and self-efficacy in economic aspects and even passed it to provide manpower which was inactive and changing negative trends to positive trends that contribute in support national development .From this point this research discusses the professional qualification of handicapped people , the reality and ambition with several objectives such as learn the stages that professional rehabilitation pass through and explain the specialist role in this field and to know the workshops and the societies concerned in employing the handicapped .

The most important results that are concluded from the study : 1-The craft work contributes in teaching the handicapped the value of work , production and in relative weight (98%).

2- Professional rehabilitation helps to overcome the handicap situation that handicapped suffered from in relative weight (96.6) .

3-The craft work contribute in gain constant incomes that help in fulfill the requirements and family expenditures in relative weight (92.6%).

4- Professional rehabilitation helps in occupy the spare time of the handicapped in relative weight(88.6%) .

5-The craft and rehabilitation work contribute in develop the teamwork sprit in relative weight (87%).

The most important suggestions of this study : 1-Coordination with Ministry of Finance to allocate grants and loans for the handicapped in order to establish little projects that support the handicapped and his family .

2-Contribution of Ministry of Information by guide the people in the society about the work of handicapped in workshops and in societies as they are considered an important class that needs much support through buy their goods and encourage people to buy them.

3-Recommend to establish special data base about the institutions of rehabilitation, workshops , societies and know the numbers of handicapped that are benefit from the services that these workshops provide .
