Abstract EN

The study aims to study the impact of the application of management information systems on organizational change in the Social Security Fund in the city of Benghazi.

The study population consisted of all managers of middle management, which consisted of (110) managers, from which a simple random sample of (80) administrators of department was selected.

The researchers used the questionnaire as a means of collecting data necessary for the practical aspect of the study, and to analyze the data of the study used the Statistical Program of Social Sciences (SPSS).

The study found that: The degree of application of management information systems in the social security institutions under study was high.

there is also a high positive correlation between organizational change and the components of management information systems (specialists, users, devices, software, networks, databases), and that the level of organizational change In the social security institutions in the city of Benghazi, it was high and strongly linked to all the axes of the study, and there was an effect between the management information systems with their combined components (specialists, users, devices, software, networks, databases) andthe organizational change in the Benghazi social security fund was also There is an effect for each of these components of management information systems on organizational change with a level of impact with a high moral significance.
