Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of change management on the quality of hotel services provided at Al-Naqazah Hotel in Al-Khums city.

To achieve this goal, a field study was conducted on Al-Naqazah Hotel.

Where the descriptive analytical approach was followed, and due to the small size of the study population, a comprehensive survey method was conducted, where (24) questionnaire forms were distributed to all individuals working in the hotel and were fully retrieved, and the data was analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, and one of the most important findings of the study is that there is an impact of change management through dimensions (cultural change, organizational change) on the quality of hotel services under study.
