Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الجامعات في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين لدورها في تغيير الصورة النمطية للمرأة لدى طلبتها.

و التحقق من وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدور الجامعات في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في تغيير الصورة النمطية للمرأة لدى طلبتها تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة الجنس الجامعة حضور المحاضرات المعدل التراكمي، المشاركة في الأنشطة الجامعية الشعور بالانتماء للجامعة، الوضع الأسري).

وتقديم جملة من المقترحات التي تسهم في تفعيل دور الجامعات في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في تغيير الصورة النمطية للمرأة لدى طلبتها.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

وتمثلت أداة الدراسة بالاستبادة، والتي بلغ عدد فقراتها (39) فقرة.

و طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية من طلبة المستوى الرابع في الجامعة الإسلامية و جامعة الأقصى بلغت (534) طالبا و طالبة.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : ● أن دور الجامعات في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في تغيير الصورة النمطية للمرأة لدى طلبتها جاء بدرجة كبيرة، و بوزن نسبي .

● لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ a) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور الجامعات في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في تغيير الصورة النمطية للمرأة لدى طلبتها تعزى للمتغيرات الجامعة، المعدل التراكمي).

● توصلت الدراسة إلى سبل تفعيل دور الجامعات في تغيير الصورة النمطية للمرأة لدى طلبتها.

وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة ● تبني الجامعات سبل تفعيل دورها في تغيير الصورة النمطية للمرأة الواردة في الدراسة، و أخذها بعين الاعتبار، بالإضافة إلى تطويرها والارتقاء بها إلى المستوى المطلوب.

English Abstract

The study has aimed to identify the degree of the practice of universities in the southern governorates of Palestine for their role in changing the stereotype image of women among their students.

And to verify that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the average scores of the sample members’ assessment of the role of universities in the southern governorates of Palestine.

Changing the stereotypical image of women among its students is attributed to the study variables (gender, university, attendance at lectures, GPA, participation in university activities, a sense of belonging to the university, family status).

In addition to that, the study presented several suggestions that contribute to activate the role of universities in the southern governorates of Palestine in changing the stereotype image of women among their students.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive and analytical approach was used.

The study tool was represented by the questionnaire, which consisted of (39) items.

The study was applied on a stratified random sample of the fourth-level students at the Islamic University of Gaza and Al-Aqsa University, consisting of (534) male and female students.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are : - The role of universities in the southern governorates of Palestine in changing the stereotype image of women among their students came to a large degree, with a relative average of 76.2%.

-There are statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample’s estimates the role of universities in the southern governorates of Palestine in changing the stereotype image of women among their students due to the variables of (gender, family status, attendance of lectures, participation in university activities, a sense of belonging to the university).

- There are no statistically significant differences at the significant level (α≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample’s which estimates the role of universities in the southern governorates of Palestine in changing the stereotypical image of women among their students due to the (university, GPA) variables.

- The study found ways to activate the role of universities in changing the stereotype image of women among their students.

The most important recommendations of the study are : - Universities should adopt ways to activate their role in changing the stereotypical image of women mentioned in the study, and considering them, in addition to developing and upgrading them to the required level.
