Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى العلاقة بين كل من المساندة الاجتماعية، و دافعية الإنجاز، و الصمود النفسي لدى الطالبات الأرامل في الجامعات الفلسطينية، كما هدفت الى الكشف عن الفروق في هذه المتغيرات بحسب (العمر المستوى الدراسي التخصص، مدة الترمل، الجامعة، طبيعة الوفاة، عدد الأبناء المستوى الاقتصادي).

و استخدمت الباحثة مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز من إعدادها، ومقياس الصمود النفسي من إعداد (صالح) و أبو هدروس).

كما استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته للدراسة الحالية و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (169) طالبة أرملة من المنتسبين للكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية، و الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : بلغ مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية لدى الطالبات الأرامل (77%) ، و مستوى دافعية الإنجاز (82%)، و مستوى الصمود النفسي (72%)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من المساندة الاجتماعية) و دافعية) الإنجاز)، و بين دافعية الإنجاز) و(الصمود (النفسي و عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائيه بين (المساندة الاجتماعية) و (الصمود النفسي).

تشير النتائج أيضا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في (المساندة الاجتماعية تعزى إلى (العمر مدة الترمل)، و وجود فروق في دافعية الإنجاز) تعزى إلى (مدة الترمل، عدد الأبناء)، و وجود فروق في الصمود النفسي) تعزى إلى (العمر، طبيعة الوفاة، المستوى الاقتصادي).

في المقابل، أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المساندة الاجتماعية) و دافعية (الإنجاز) و (الصمود) (النفسي) تعزى إلى المستوى الدراسي، التخصص، الجامعة)، و عدم وجود فروق في (المساندة الاجتماعية) و (دافعية الإنجاز) تعزى إلى المستوى الإقتصادي، عدد الأبناء، طبيعة الوفاة.

أهم توصيات الدراسة : الاهتمام بالطالبات الأرامل و تعزيز صمودهن و دافعيتهن، و تشجيعهن على تعلم المهارات الاجتماعية و المعرفية التي تساعدهن على كيفية مواجهة الصعاب و الظروف الصعبة.

الاهتمام بدور الإرشاد التربوي في الجامعة لتعزيز الجوانب الإيجابية و الصمود النفسي و التفوق الدراسي، و إتاحة فرص التعبير عن آرائهن والحوار الإيجابي معهن و مساعدتهن على حل مشاكلهن بطرق عقلانية، و عقد ندوات توعية للمجتمع عن أهمية تعليم الأرملة و توعيتها ودمجها بالمؤسسات التعليمية و العملية التي تساعدها على تحقيق أهدافها.

English Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the relationship between social support, achievement motivation and psychological resilience amongst widowed female students in Palestinian universities.

The study also aimed to reveal the differences in these variables according to (age, academic level, specialization, length of widowhood, university, the nature of death, number of children, and economic level).

The researcher prepared the social support scale and achievement motivation scale, and applied the psychological resilience scale prepared by (Saleh and Abu Haddrous).

Descriptive analytical design was used as it is suitable for the current study.

The sample consists of (169) widowed female students affiliated to the University College of Applied Sciences and the Islamic University of Gaza.

The results showed that the level of social support among widowed students was (77%), the level of achievement motivation (82%), and the level of psychological resilience was (72%).

The findings also revealed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between social support and achievement motivation, and between achievement motivation and psychological resilience.

However, there were no statistically significant differences between social support and psychological resilience.

Moreover, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in social support according to age and length of widowhood, there were statistically significant differences in achievement motivation according to the length of widowhood and the number of children; there were statistically significant differences in psychological resilience according to age, nature of death, and economic level.

In contrast, there were no statistically significant differences in social support, achievement motivation and psychological resilience according to the academic level, specialization, and university, no statistically significant differences were found in social support and achievement motivation according to economic level, number of children, and nature of death.

Recommendations: more attention should be paid to widowed female students in terms of enhancing their resilience and motivation, and to encourage them to learn social and cognitive skills that help them to face difficulties and hardships.

The study also recommends paying attention to the role of educational counseling at the university to enhance the positive aspects and psychological resilience and academic excellence, and providing opportunities for these students to express their opinions, engaging in positive dialogue with them, and helping them in order to solve their problems.

The study also recommends that holding awareness-raising seminars for the community about the importance of educating widows and raising their awareness as well as integrating them in the educational and applied institutions that help them achieve their goals.
